Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Each party agrees that the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

Payment Confirmation

The Site user will receive payment confirmation by email on the email address given at the time of payment. The confirmation will be sent after the payment has been processed as soon as practically possible.

Refunds

Should we charge a user and it turns out that the service was in fact not delivered, we will refund the full amount to the user. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure to bring such cases to the attention of Sotech through our emailing info@sotech.ae within 24 hours of the due date of the scheduled service.

Late Cancellations & Changes

For late cancellations or change requests (late is defined as less than 24 hours before the start of the service);

In such cases Administrative charges will apply. Such charges will depend on the type of service which was scheduled.

Payment of Changes

Any applicable administrative charges will be communicated to the Customer at the time when the request for cancellation or changes is made.

Charges are deducted at the time of cancellation in case of a late cancellation and for late changes at the time of completion of the delivery of the service.
